ABOUT RADILAB

From RF and electronics to measurement instruments that keep evolving

Wuxi Ruilei Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2019 in Wuxi, Jiangsu. We work on electronics and RF technologies and now focus on measurement instruments. FRA-100 is our first product.

WHO WE ARE

About Wuxi Ruilei Electronic Technology

We are an R&D-oriented company rooted in electronics and RF technology. Our background spans signal chains, analog front ends, RF circuits, and embedded systems; today we are converging that experience into a measurement-instrument product line.

FRA-100 is not a one-shot “finished product”; it is a platform built in stages. We first make two-channel gain/phase measurement reliable, then add impedance, calibration, and VNA. Each step is validated on real hardware, not just on a specification sheet.

HOW WE WORK

How we build products

Credibility in measurement comes from repeatable results, not from louder marketing.

01

Validate before publishing

Every capability is proven on real hardware before it enters the specification table. Planned features are labeled as such.

02

Respect common-mode errors

Two-channel ratio measurement, narrow-band detection, and later calibration all aim to separate source, clock, cable, and fixture effects from the DUT.

03

Iterate hardware and software together

Analog front end, FPGA processing, host software, and calibration methods advance together, avoiding “hardware works, software doesn't”.

04

Label the stage honestly

Prototype, in development, and planned are clearly separated, so partners can judge maturity and risk.

CURRENT STAGE

Current stage: engineering prototype

We are turning the bench validation platform into a deliverable engineering prototype.

Working today

Two-channel stepped-sine gain/phase sweeps, FPGA digital down-conversion and single-bin DFT, 1 GbE SCPI, Windows host software, CSV/PNG export, and ADC overload detection.

In progress

Four-terminal vector-cancellation balanced bridge (HC/HP/LC/LP), impedance measurement, Open/Short/Load/Thru calibration, cable and fixture de-embedding, and full two-port VNA.

Next

Find real test scenarios and early partners to validate the prototype in filters, amplifiers, loop stability, and component measurements before finalizing the product configuration.

Measured frequency-response curve: 10 Hz–10 MHz, 2,000 points, 100 Hz RBW, 50 Ω
